Dr. JBV Reddy, Department of Science & Technology (DST), is a member of the Mission Secretariat for India’s National Quantum Mission.

The Mission Secretariat coordinates with the Mission Coordination Cell (MCC) to oversee project implementation, communication, and stakeholder engagement for the Quantum Mission, ensuring smooth operation of research initiatives under the Department of Science and Technology (DST).

Dr. J.B.V. Reddy holds a Master of Science (MS) by Research in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi (2002-2006) and a PhD from SOA University, Bhubaneswar, where his research focused on "Advanced Signal Processing and Machine Intelligence Techniques for Power Quality Assessment."

He also earned a graduate degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.

Dr. Reddy is currently a Scientist-F at the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, leading initiatives in clean energy and sustainable technology.
