Development of On-Demand Single Photon Emitters, Single Photon Avalanche Detectors, High-Frequency Devices and Nanowire Quantum Devices Utilizing GaAs and InP-Based Epitaxial Semiconductors

This group is working on developing on-demand single-photon source, emitter, single-photon avalanche detectors at telecom wavelength, and nanowire quantum devices using GaAs and InP-based semiconductor technologies.
