Scientist Vaibhav Pratap Singh, Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, Bangalore, is one of the Member Principal Investigators of the technical group working on Quantum Communication with the focus on Quantum Internet with Local Access QuILA, under India’s National Quantum Mission.

Scientist Vaibhav Pratap Singh completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Dehradun Institute of Technology. He later earned an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
Currently, he holds the position of Scientist D at C-DAC Bangalore, focusing on quantum communication and control electronics for quantum technologies.
With over a decade in IT R&D, Scientist Singh has led projects such as the Metro Area Quantum Access Network and the Centre of Excellence in Quantum Technology. He has filed three patents and published eleven papers in his areas of expertise.
Scientist Singh possesses extensive expertise in quantum communication, particularly in Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) networks, and control electronics for quantum technologies. His skills include project management and research in advanced quantum communication systems.
